CHALLENGES

The main challenge in this project was to understand where the employee engagement usually happens and how.
Most employee engagement platforms have very low usage since people usually interact in person or through other communication tools widely available in the market. By understanding that we ensured the goal of the project and the hypothesis was adjusted and clear about how we would leverage an internal platform that fits the real employee needs and offers the right approach.

MY ROLE
